4. A copy of the residence permit or a certificate of residence (applicants of non-French nationality)
5. A copy of the proxy's identification (if any) and a letter of proxy
6.In the case of the minor under 18 years old (e.g. birth certificate), the legal guardian should be the applicant and sign the form.
7.The application of Death Certificate legalization should be submitted by a close relative of the deceased. Filled out < Legalization for Death Certificate> , and provide proof of kinship. A letter of authorization notatized from the close relative is needed if the application is submitted by a third-party.
8. For the legalization of commercial documents, a copy of the identity document of the legal representative of the company and a copy of the paper proving its legal status.
9. Other documents requested by the Consulate.
